I am happy with this one item purchased from this shop. Item quality and description matched what I received. Unfortunately, I ordered two items at the same time from this shop. I sent multiple messages to the seller to inquire about the second item (which was personalized). Unfortunately none of my questions or messages were acknowledged or answered. I was very kind with my messages, as I am a store owner and realize that situations come up. Ultimately Etsy had to refund my order. So although I do like this one item I received, overall I would not recommend buying from this shop. I think my whole situation could have easily been solved with some simple communication. Hopefully this was just one bad customer experience, and others have a better experience.
